Aurora is a Registered Agent in the British Virgin Islands (BVI), dedicated to the incorporation, maintenance, and administration of corporate and fiduciary structures.
Our journey began in 2004 with Kendall Services, a firm that provided international corporate services for two decades. In 2025, this experience evolved into a new identity — Aurora — reflecting our natural progression: a modern brand, specialized and fully dedicated to the BVI.
With over 20 years of experience, Aurora delivers security, efficiency, and personalized service. We operate offices in both Tortola (BVI) and São Paulo (Brazil), allowing us to combine local presence in the jurisdiction with the convenience of client service in Portuguese from Brazil.
